**Description**

The Ecommerce Merchandiser is responsible for successfully elevating our key products and categories to create an engaging and relevant experience for our visitors to drive sales. This position manages the details related to execution of our product launches and site content, and has a passion for the 5.11 vision. The Ecommerce Merchandiser works collaboratively with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams,supports our global promotional and marketing content and merchandising efforts, as well as coordinates day-to-day deliverables.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Responsible for successfully elevating key stories and displaying products and categories to create an engaging and relevant experience for 511tactical.com.

* Create an engaging experience by utilizing landing page real estate to establish a mix of merchandising and engagement content.

* Evaluate placement and productivity based on analytics to maximize sales.

* Monitor KPIs and build/maintain reporting in partnership with the Buying and the Analytics team

* Leverage reviews and survey feedback to incorporate customer callouts/opportunities to optimize product page experience and insight with product teams.

* Identify and leverage information (technologies, size charts, buying guides, social content ) that inform, educate, and influence customer buying decisions.

* Drive our global merchandising strategy and execution.

* Reference analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics), to explore, understand and report on search trends and buying patterns.

* Partner with cross-functional team members to plan and help execute product launches.

* QA site assets and product images.

* Monitor website to ensure that all relevant product is active and appropriately merchandised.

**QUALIFICATIONS****:**

* At least 2 years of experience in Ecommerce merchandising or visual merchandising

* Knowledge of the Web and associated technologies like Magento, Power BI or similar software preferred.

* Understanding of the 5.11 customer and user demographic.

* Self-motivated. Ability to work well independently and within a multi-functional team

* Ability to troubleshoot technology and end-user issues through in-depth investigation using diligent communication across channels to coordinate solutions.

* Strong facilitation and communication skills.
